Choosing Isn't Thinking Harder
It's Thinking Differently

Clarity doesn’t always come from the brain.
Sometimes it takes your whole self.

When the Pro/Con list isn’t enough.

Your best thinking happens when your mind isn't working alone. It's in conversation with your body, your instincts, and the people and places around you. I’m here to help you find that clarity.

Career

Do I quit my job or make this work? Do I really belong in another career? Should I take this job or retire now? I can’t decide which job to take.

Family

I want to get married, but is my partner the right person for me? Am I ready to have kids? How bad does it have to be before I leave?

Life

I don’t have friends here, but I don’t know if moving would help. I want to be healthier, but I can’t stick to a program. I never seem to reach my goals.

How We’ll Get You Unstuck

I don't hand you answers or just run you through another framework. I ask questions that open up thinking you couldn't reach on your own. I bring in the wisdom of your body and your emotions, not just your intellect. I work with each part of you directly, to understand what it truly needs from this decision. And I help you name what's really at stake, because often, the hardest part of a big decision isn't the decision itself; it's letting go of who you've been to become who you're choosing to be.

Why I Do This Work

Stan Ajemian, life coach at Being the Change Coaching, with his laptop and coffee.

I spent two decades in healthcare leadership before a near-fatal accident changed the course of my life. In the years since, I've navigated the end of a long marriage and rebuilt a career from scratch. Growth has become the thing I care about most, both for myself and for those around me. That passion led me to coaching and to my role as President of the Colorado Chapter of the International Coaching Federation. Having lived through my own hard choices, I bring real compassion and understanding to yours.
